Amanda Riker
Yoga Instructor
Amanda’s classes are always rooted in fundamentals, and aim to be both direct and approachable for everyone. She loves to cater to the beginner or curious
yoga student.
Amanda loves performing at our local improv theater, hosting trivia nights in downtown St. Pete and seeking live music anywhere and everywhere.
Grace Mayer
Yoga Instructor
Grace’s flow classes are empowering, soulful and creative. Her lighthearted approach to teaching leaves you smiling and energized.
Grace loves to spend time at St. Pete’s beautiful parks and listening to live music.
She is a french fry connoisseur and can tell you the best places to get the best fries!
Regina Fields
Yoga Instructor
Regina teaches all of her classes from the heart, bringing a calm and soothing presence for students at any level. She aims to inspire her students to believe that all you need is inside of you.
Regina is a St. Pete native. She loves to write, spend time at Vinoy Park and is a self-proclaimed Dolphin lover.
Monica DeChaine
Yoga Instructor
Monica’s classes are restorative, accessible, and exploratory. Her classes are slow paced and accessible for all students. You’ll leave feeling relaxed and restored after every class.
Monica loves hugs, self-love, community work, Ted Talks, sunsets and Tacos!
Scott Temples
Yoga Instructor
Teaching both vinyasa and yin yoga from the heart, creating an uplifting, safe, and fun environment.
Molly Curls
Yoga Instructor
Molly’s classes are welcoming and grounding. Her flows are energetic and tension relieving. She is also trained in Reiki and other modalities of energy healing.
In her spare time, Molly loves to get lost in one of the many museums or art galleries in St. Pete.
Alina Hall
Yoga Instructor
Alina’s classes are alignment-focused with dynamic and creative sequencing. She also teaches our biweekly prenatal classes for expecting mommies 🙂 Her classes are joyfully supportive of all levels and abilities. Alina is a St. Pete native and proud mama of three. She loves to spend free time with her family outdoors, in nature.
Bryce Valdez
Yoga Instructor
Bryce’s classes aim to be accessible, foundational and grounded in breath. Bryce creates a space for everyone and anyone who wants to come in and do this practice.
When he’s not in the studio, Bryce enjoys climbing and spending time at the beach.
Susan Devore
Yoga Instructor
Susan keeps her classes traditional, approachable, and oh so loving. Her classes are Ashtanga based and accessible for everyone.
Susan loves to sit at the beach with her feet in the sand an read a book or write in her journal. She is currently working on her 500 hour Mysore-Ashtanga program.
Amanda Larson-Mekler

Amanda’s classes are mindful, grounded and accessible. Her warm and calming presence makes all students feel welcome.
Amanda loves to spend any of her free-time outside, walking or kyaking around the bay. She also enjoys reading and cooking nourishing plant-based meals.
Kristina Surden
Yoga Instructor
Kristina a RYT 500, loves to teach all the exciting styles of yoga. Whether flowing or in a yin posture, you will find she encourages you to work with your breath to find your power and freedom in a pose. With a background in respiratory therapy it’s important to Kristina that her students tune in and integrate breath with movement. Connecting to your body and mind are key to a good practice.
Carrie Zilbauer

Carrie teaches the Monday early morning 6:30am class. Carrie is a physical therapist and currently teaching PTA as an adjunct professor at South University in Tampa. You can usually catch her cycling around town on her bike or climbing walls at Vertical Ventures. Having just spent months studying in Italy, Carrie recently added ‘chef’ to her list of credentials
Michela Kim
Yoga Instructor
Michela’s flow classes are creative, challenging and intuitive. Michela creates a safe container for self-exploration, to invite mindfulness & self love into your practice. She brings a warm & inviting presence to her students.
In Michela’s free time she enjoys to read, journal, spend time in nature & attend live music events.
Alana Delucia
Front Desk & Teacher Support
Have you met Alana? Our magical front desk assistant who has been with us for a little while now. Born and raised in St. Pete, Alana loves yoga and is focused on deepening her practice. She enjoys ceramics, reading and anything outdoors in the sunshine. Alana is OUR favorite morning sunshine when we come to the studio! If you haven’t introduced yourself yet, be sure to say hi!
