Slow & Flow Description

Are you interested in yoga but not sure where to start? Or maybe you are looking to get back to the basics? This class is for you. Perfect for beginners and intermediate students but great for advanced yogis that want to focus on alignment in a slower-paced class. Your instructor will guide you through the basics of Vinyasa Flow and focus on proper alignment and positioning.

Flow Description

An all-level, energetic Vinyasa Flow class where you will synchronize breath with movement. Students will awaken their strength, energy and flexibility while linking conscious breath with a mindful flow. Each instructor brings their own style and energy so give everyone a try!

The Rocket Description

The Rocket is a series of postures based on a modification of the traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga primary and intermediate series. The perfect marriage of tempo and sequence. These advanced routines are appropriate for all levels levels of students so don’t be intimidated! With plenty of ways to modify the classical poses, everyone will experience the benefits of each pose equally to renew vitality and energy.

Warm Hatha Description

Stretch and strengthen in a heated room. This class is a balanced combination of sustained poses with attention to basic alignment and therapeutic principals. Mindfulness; observing breath and body are an integral part of this class. Bring a towel because you will be sweating out the toxins during practice!

Express Flow Description

An all-level Flow class but on a lunch break. Enjoy an invigorating midday Vinyasa Flow yoga class to keep you going all day long. Designed to get you in and out and back to the rest of your day with a clear mind and strong body!

Yoga Wheel Flow Description

What’s a Yoga Wheel? You’ll get to know it very well after this class. Don’t be afraid of equipment! The yoga wheel is used to help yogis of all levels achieve backbends and loosen tight muscles. This class is suitable for beginner to advanced yogis looking for a little help with balance and flexibility.

Vin/Yin Description *Donation*

Suitable for all levels. Good choice for beginners. “Vin/Yin” is a combination of vinyasa flow and yin yoga. A blend of yang/yin; the first portion of class utilizes the heat of vinyasa flow, followed with the passive long holds of yin to target joints, connective tissues, and fascia. Yin poses are floor based and supported with props to create as little effort while holding for 2-5 minutes.
